Sunday afternoon closed out the Pacific Southwest League tournament with a squeaker (at least compared to other games!) and improved their season record to 7 - 0. The Kings outscored the Tucson Yard Dogs 13 - 7 to take first place in the tourney. The Dogs' led the game through the sixth and had bases loaded with two outs. Carlos Lopez stepped in and ended the threat with two pitches. Berg again hit a huge home run to put the game back in the Kings hands in the sixth and Ronnie Burdette threw two shutout innings. Schuller nailed another homer and 3 RBI's and Cody Downing contributed 2 RBI's on a 2 - 3 day. Kevin Sartain closed out the ninth. It was a real team effort as 17 players contributed to the win.
